If you have a floor plan in hand, you can go to any flooring company and get an exact estimate to do the job. You can call a 2nd flooring company and do the same thing. Then you can ask if they will beat the first company’s estimate. Most flooring companies have policies that they will beat their competitions best price. Then it’s off to flooring company number three, and the beauty of it all is you can do all this from your office without having to go and meet with each company at the property. If you have 15 different unit types this could take up quite a bit of valuable time!
